Nothing is playing
One oscillator runs through four stages in a row. If all four are bypassed you hear the raw oscillator and nothing else; if the mixer is down you hear nothing at all. Open the mixer from the top left and bring the level up, then drag the pads.
It went silent after I turned the feedback up
The loop can settle on a fixed point. The feedback path is AC coupled, so the offset drains away and it starts moving again on its own — give it a second. If it stays stuck, nudge any pad.
The sound keeps going after I leave the app
That is on purpose — the instrument keeps sounding in the background so a drone can run while you do something else. Pause it from the lock screen or Control Centre, the same way you would pause music.
The camera does nothing
Open Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera and make sure Sæternesdæg is allowed. The camera only runs while camera mode is switched on, and it moves the pointers on the pads rather than showing a picture.
My presets disappeared
Presets are saved when you hold a slot, and they live only on your device. Deleting the app deletes them with it.
Can I export the sound?
Not yet. If that is what you need, say so in an email — it helps decide what comes next.

Every stage follows a circuit designed by Ian Fritz and published on his own site, used here with his permission. Sæternesdæg is independent software, not affiliated with or endorsed by him. If you like what these circuits do, build the real ones.

音が鳴りません
振動子は一基で、四つの台を順に通ります。四つとも見送っていると素の振動子だけ、 混ぜ台が下がっていると無音です。左上から混ぜ台を開いて音量を上げ、板を動かしてください。
帰還を上げたら黙りました
輪が一点で落ち着くことがあります。帰還の道は直流を抜いてあるので、 大抵は数秒で勝手に動き出します。止まったままなら、どれかの板を軽く動かしてください。
アプリを離れても鳴りつづけます
そういう仕様です。止めるときは、音楽と同じようにロック画面かコントロールセンターから 一時停止してください。
カメラが効きません
設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > カメラ で許可を確認してください。 カメラは入にしているあいだだけ回り、絵を映すのではなく板の上の点を動かします。
控えが消えました
控えは枠を長押ししたときに保存され、端末の中だけに残ります。 アプリを削除すると一緒に消えます。
作った音を書き出せますか
いまはできません。必要でしたらメールで教えてください。
