Privacy Policy
Shoal Organ · Four synths playing each other · k.odk
This app collects nothing. No personal data, no usage data, no identifiers. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party code that could do any of those things. The app makes no network connections at all.
Microphone
The four synths listen to the room: how loud it is, how bright, when a sound starts. The microphone is read only while the app is running, and only for those few numbers. Nothing is recorded, stored or sent anywhere.
Camera
If you choose CAM for the antennae, the camera is used as two light sensors: how dark its upper and lower halves are, which tells how near your hand is. No picture is taken, stored or sent anywhere. With TILT, BALL or OFF the camera is not opened.
What is stored on your device
- What each of the four is playing, and the line it came from.
- The wires, the mode, the antennae and the other settings.
- The eight presets you keep.
All of it lives inside the app's own storage on your device. None of it leaves the device, and all of it is removed when you delete the app.
Children
This is a musical instrument, safe for any age. Since nothing is collected from anyone, nothing is collected from children either.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date. If a future version ever collected anything, it would be described here first.
