Two feedback oscillators · k.odk
Something wrong, or something missing? Write to kodk.dev@gmail.com. Please include your device model, your iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened — it makes a fix much more likely.
How do I play it?
The whole screen is the instrument. The manual is inside the app: the key at the bottom right opens it.
Nothing is playing
Check the silent switch and the volume first. If it has wandered somewhere quiet, the key at the bottom left brings it back to the starting sound — the same one every time.
It changes by itself
That is deliberate: left alone, it moves across the mosaic on its own. While a finger is on the glass it is played by hand and nothing changes by itself. A memory brought back is left alone for ten seconds.
The sound keeps going after I leave the app
Also deliberate: it keeps playing while you switch apps or lock the screen, the way an instrument should. To stop it, use the pause on the lock screen or in Control Centre, or close the app.
My memories disappeared
Memories live in the app's own storage. Deleting the app, letting iOS offload it, or the key at the bottom left removes them. There is no cloud copy — nothing leaves your device.
It feeds back, or suddenly gets loud
The oscillators are feedback circuits; near the top of their feedback they ring and cry. Pull the feedback of the part that is ringing down (up / down on its block), or use the key at the bottom left.
Can I export the sound?
Not from inside the app. Use the iOS screen recorder, or run the output into a recorder through an audio interface.

どうやって弾くの？
画面全体が楽器です。説明書はアプリの中にあります。右下の鍵で開きます。
音が鳴りません
まずマナースイッチと音量。静かなところへ迷い込んだときは、左下の鍵で いつも同じ最初の音に戻せます。
勝手に変わっていきます
そういう作りです。放っておくと、モザイクの上をひとりでに動きます。指が画面に 触れているあいだは手で弾く状態になり、ひとりでには変わりません。呼び戻した記憶は 十秒のあいだそのまま置かれます。
アプリを離れても鳴りつづけます
これもそういう作りです。止めるときはロック画面またはコントロールセンターの停止、 もしくはアプリを閉じてください。
記憶が消えました
記憶は端末内のアプリ専用の場所にあります。アプリを削除するか、iOS が 自動で退避（オフロード）するか、左下の鍵を使うと消えます。
鳴きつづける・突然大きくなる
二つのオシレーターはフィードバックの回路で、上のほうでは鳴き、泣きます。 鳴っている部分のフィードバック（その枡の上下）を下げるか、左下の鍵を使ってください。
作った音を書き出せますか
アプリの中からはできません。iOS の画面収録か、オーディオインターフェースで 外の録音機へ出してください。
