Privacy Policy

Sunnandæg · Synthesiser · k.odk

This app collects nothing. No personal data, no usage data, no identifiers. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party code that could do any of those things. The app makes no network connections at all.

Camera

Sunnandæg can use the camera to play itself. When camera mode is on, each frame is reduced immediately to a coarse grid of light and movement, and that grid moves the pointers on screen. The frame itself is discarded as soon as it has been measured.

No image or video is ever stored, saved to your photo library, or sent anywhere. The camera runs only while camera mode is switched on, and stops when you switch it off.

Microphone

Sunnandæg can record a short piece of sound through the microphone and play it back in grains, as material for the instrument. The recording is written to the app's own private storage on your device. It is not uploaded, shared, or made available to any other app.

You can replace or clear the material at any time from within the app, and deleting the app removes it along with everything else.

Motion

The tilt of the device is used to roll the gravity ball inside the pads. It can also be sent to the oscillator as modulation. The readings are used as they arrive and are not recorded.

What is stored on your device

Your presets — the state of every panel, saved when you hold a slot.
Your settings — camera and engine options, safe mode.
Recorded sound material for Micro Sound.

All of it lives inside the app's own storage on your device. None of it leaves the device, and all of it is removed when you delete the app.

Children

This is a musical instrument, safe for any age. Since nothing is collected from anyone, nothing is collected from children either.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date. If a future version ever collected anything, it would be described here first.

Micro Sound
